The Outstanding Undergraduate Research Mentor Award (OURMA) recognizes research mentors that bring respect and excellence to the practice of mentoring undergraduates in research and scholarly activities. These individuals have a longstanding commitment to the development of research scholars.

Associated Students Academic Grants
Each semester, A.S. offers $20,000 to all undergraduate students to fund research projects. There are two different grants for student projects: the Research Grant and the Creative Exploration Grant.
Deadline: grant applications are due on October 27, 2017 at 12pm.
CUR Biology and Psychology Division Travel Awards The Biology Division of the Council on Undergraduate Research (CUR) is offering a limited number of travel grants, up to $250 each, for undergraduate students presenting original biological research results at a regional or national, discipline-specific meeting* during the fiscal year 2017 - 2018. The Psychology Division of the Council on Undergraduate Research (CUR) is offering a limited number of travel awards (up to $200 each) for undergraduate students presenting original psychological research results at a regional or national, discipline-specific meeting.
Deadline: Applications must be received by 5:00 pm ET September 1, 2017, for meetings held between September 15, 2017, through February 15, 2018, or by 5:00 pm ET January 12, 2018, for meetings held between February 16 through June 30, 2018.
