Please join us at the upcoming Housing & Community Development Commission (HCDC) meeting to discuss the Mobilehome Opt-In/Stay-In-Business Analysis of Draft Framework. The meeting is scheduled as follows:

The memo  includes a staff report on the Draft Mobilehome Opt-in/Stay-In-Business Framework, including staff analysis of the:
  • Existing pass-through petition process,
  • Redevelopment pressure on mobilehome parks,
  • Mobilehome park resident incomes,
  • Potential impact of partial vacancy decontrol on home values, and
  • Draft Opt-In Framework.
  Also included in the memo is the revised public outreach plan. Feedback from the HCDC will be reflected in the update prepared by the Housing Department for the City Council's Community and Economic Development Committee (CEDC) planned to be heard at the November 27, 2017 meeting at  City Hall, 1:30 p.m. - 3:30 p.m. in Wing Rooms 118-120.
