The start of autumn rockets along, as summer's delayed matters finally get attention. One long term project is to move the whole of Gene17Kayaking.com to Theme X running Trekksoft, and now this is finally underway. Some of our Trip 2018 dates are not up yet, please bear with us on this matter. Simon was in Slovenia to turn around logistics from the summer. PaddleExpo had a few interesting developments; another fast boat from Dagger, a new chest harness from Palm and some Krab Sticks from Whetman. Jakub has recently returned from Kyrgyzstan, Chris in the Yukon, Amy at Gauley Fest and new recruit Rowan James has been enjoying a long summer in Norway. Autumn and winter projects have been set, with paddling adventures for some, research projects for others and time to reflect on the season's events for all.

Later this month our UK season kicks off down in Devon, with rain in the forecast and our drysuits are at the ready!
