Ahoy to all of our South Coast Family and Friends!

Hurricane Harvey has come and gone now, but has left us with memories that will be with us for a very, very long time. We at SCSA are keeping everyone in our thoughts and prayers and we sincerely hope that you and your families are safe and free from harm.

The impact here at SCSA has been minimal and we will be back to 100% very quickly.

Please do not hesitate to call us or drop by to visit.

Thanks for being part of our family and allowing us to be a part of yours..

Fair winds and following seas,

South Coast Sailing Adventures
4th Annual WYC Charity event  benefiting  the Sailing Angels Foundation
September 30, 2017

Bring your friends and fellow seafarers to sail the 9.5 nautical mile course and enjoy the beautiful fall weather. The "Race for The Wheel" is a great opportunity to practice your sailing skills in a laid-back sail while participating and supporting a fantastic local charity, The Sailing Angels Foundation. After the sail we'll head over to the rest of the charity festivities, which includes: dinner, music, a silent auction, and an awards ceremony. The tickets to the dinner and festivities are included in your registration.

South Coast Sailing Adventures has donated an Introduction to Sailing class for two into the silent auction!

Register here to get out on the water for a great charity!
"A Howling Good Time"
October 4-7, 2017

Since Hurricane Harvey came in, there have been a few changes to the Harvest Moon Regatta, but the most important thing is that it is still a go! The details of the race are not quite finalized, but as of now it will be an offshore race that will start and end in Galveston and the Awards Ceremony will be held at Lakewood Yacht Club in Seabrook. The funds normally raised for Judy's MissionĀ® Ovarian Cancer Foundation will instead go to the Hurricane Harvey/HMR Port Aransas Recovery Fund to help the city of Port Aransas, which was hit hard by Harvey, and unfortunately cannot accommodate the race as is tradition. As we get more information, we will update you accordingly.

Let's not let Harvey ruin another good thing! Join us to keep the tradition going and help out our friends down in Port Aransas!

Everyone is invited to participate as a crew member; however we are also offering ASA 106 (Advanced Coastal Cruising) during this event. Due to the changes in the race, we are no longer able to offer ASA 103/104 Combo on the return trip back from the regatta. We are sorry for any inconvenience.

To jump on one of our boats, register here!

Due to the devastation to both the Florida Keys and Cuba in the aftermath of Hurricane Irma, the Rally to Cuba will be postponed to a date to be determined in 2018. Our thoughts and prayers go out to all those affected.
December 7-17, 2017

In regards to the December BVI trip, we are still assessing damages from Hurricanes Irma and Maria. We are hopeful that we will go as planned. We will update you once we receive more information.
2007 Catalina 25

The Catalina 25 was designed and built to provide the comfort and sailability of a larger boat at a more economical price. So if you are looking for an economical way to spend a pleasant intimate night aboard a gently rocking vessel, look no further! Knot Guilty is waiting just for you.
Step aboard Knot Guilty and you will immediately be one with Mother Ocean. A neat intimate cock pit awaits you and your closest friends. Sit and enjoy a cocktail or just feel the sea breeze upon your face. After you watch the beautiful sunset, you can retire below for the evening.

Just to your right along the starboard bulkhead, you find the open design galley, a perfect place to mix a tropical drink. For your romantic, intimate getaway, you will find the aft cabin to be the perfect place to cuddle. The soft whispers of the waves kissing the hull will lull you into a restful night's sleep.  Knot Guilty does not come equipped with air conditioning. However, the open airy layout will still seat 4 people comfortably.

Knot Guilty has been a proud part of a local charter fleet/sailing school where she is professionally managed and maintained! The revenue generated from her activity has helped offset slip fees, insurance, and general maintenance expenses.
