Hotel Confirmation Notice Conference Partners, the World Sleep 2017 hotel booking company, issued hotel vouchers by email to all guests who registered for a hotel room through the congress hotel booking website. Be reminded to print and carry your voucher with you as you check into your hotel. If you did not receive a hotel voucher, please check your junk/spam folder for the confirmation. If you do not have the voucher or need one reissued, contact Conference Partners directly by email . We are ready to welcome 2,400 sleep professionals! Here's what's happening on Friday. 1:00PM – 5:00PM: International Sleep Medicine Certification Examination. The exam will be administered in Prague Congress Centre in room Admin 220 for those who pre-registered to take the exam. 5:00PM – 8:00PM: Registration Desk Opens. Visit the Ground Floor of Prague Congress Centre to register on-site or check-in to World Sleep 2017. Registration materials (including badges, final programs, tickets, etc.) will be provided at the registration counter located at the Prague Congress Centre. Tickets are required for entry for Saturday and Sunday’s pre-congress courses, Monday’s gala dinner.

General Information

Badge Identification All congress participants and guests must wear a World Sleep 2017 congress badge. Badges allow entrance to the scientific sessions and access to the convention center. Your cooperation with this policy is appreciated. Recycle your badge holder after the congress by dropping it off at the registration desk area. Replacement badges can be obtained at the registration desk for a fee. Seating Scientific sessions are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. World Sleep Society along with the Program Committee reviewed the scientific sessions to anticipate demand to match the room size with expected seating. Occasionally, a talk will have higher demand than expected. Seating limits are strictly enforced by the Prague Congress Centre and city of Prague. We encourage delegates to arrive early for best possible seating. Cameras and recording devices are not allowed to be used in the scientific meeting rooms at any time. Violation of this rule could result in removal from the World Sleep 2017 Congress on Sleep Medicine and Prague Congress Centre along with the confiscation of the film and/or recording device.
