It will good to be with you in worship this coming Sunday. In the wake of what occurred in Las Vegas, we will gather together in the name of Jesus, to worship the God who is near to the brokenhearted, to mourn with those who mourn, and to lament the presence of evil and injustice in our world.
It is now official -- I have been installed as the Senior Pastor of this wonderful congregation. (Photo below taken by Mary Emily Myers)
I am deeply grateful for this call, and was blessed by the service on Sunday. Now, let's get down to the joyful business of following Jesus and sharing him with those who do not yet know him!
THE most practical way to follow Jesus is to meet regularly with a small group of other disciples. If you are not yet in a small group, we invite you to get connected with one now. Come and be in authentic and caring community with others who are learning more about what it means to be a follower of Jesus.
This Sunday we continue our Follow series, and Heather Henry, our Director of Children's Ministry will be preaching on Mathew 9:18-26. We will also be giving Bibles to our 3rd Graders!
