Dear Camden Catholic Families:

At this time of Thanksgiving, we feel blessed to be a part of the Camden Catholic High School community.  We are grateful for our dedicated faculty who work tirelessly to provide your children an education grounded in our Catholic faith.  Each day we are able to watch our students grow in faith, confidence, and strength as they take on new challenges ahead of them.  We are thankful for our school's alumni who remain active in our community because they see the impact CCHS had on their lives.  We are grateful for our students who bring life to our school each day and support each other in this special community, and we are thankful for their families who have entrusted them to us.  Thanksgiving is a time to recognize our blessings and the gifts that God has provided us.  Camden Catholic is a blessing in our lives, and we are thankful for this community.

May you and your families have a safe, happy, and restful Thanksgiving,

Mary Whipkey,  President and  Heather Crisci,  Principal

From the Nurse's Office
Parents are reminded that all Juniors need a physical.  Please schedule appointments if physicals haven't been returned yet and return completed forms to the nurse's office.

The start of winter sports will be here before we know it!  Any student trying out for a winter sport must have a current physical on file in the nurse's office.  Practice/try-outs begins  November 6th for swimming and ice hockey.  Sports physicals for these sports are due no later than  November 3rd.  Practice/try-outs for all other winter sports begins  November 20th and physicals are due no later than  November 17th.

If a sports physical becomes a year old during a sport season, there is a 10-day grace period from the date of the last physical to obtain a new one.  If no physical is returned at the end of the 10-day grace period, the athlete must sit out of sports until a new physical is returned and cleared.  If possible, a courtesy reminder will be sent from the nurse's office, but as noted in the student handbook, it is the responsibility of the student/parent to ensure sports physicals are current.

Please contact Mrs. Veneziani in the nurse's office with any questions.
