October is National Hygiene Month! 
 Good oral and dental hygiene can help prevent bad breath, tooth decay
and gum disease - and can help you keep your teeth as you get older. 
An unhealthy mouth, especially if you have gum disease, may increase your risk of serious health problems such as heart attack, stroke, poorly controlled diabetes and preterm labor.


HFHC is doing its part to help improve the oral health of our patients. Since January 2016, we have provided over 191 hygiene cleanings and 297 diagnostic exams, which will help reduce the effects of oral disease.

Flu Shot Clinic
Through a generous donation from Walgreens, we were able to provide free flu shots to our patients last week. Special thank you to Tiffany Kraker for providing her services to document this day.
Run for Your Life 5k

On October 28, we will be hosting the 8th annual Run For Your Life 5k. Sign up is available online here. There will be donuts and cider served at the finish of the race. Awards will be given to the top male and female finisher as well as for best costume. By participating in this event, you directly help fund HFHC's programs and services.
