Parent/Teacher Conferences
A letter was sent via email to all families on Friday regarding Parent/Teacher Conference sign-ups. Conferences will be held on Thursday, November 16. If you need to schedule an appointment with a teacher, please do so using the link below.
Register by Wednesday, November 15 at 10 PM for your appointment.

Senior Graduation Proofs
Any Seniors who have not returned their graduation proofs with Yearbook photo choice, please hand them in by tomorrow (Tuesday) morning to Mrs. Penkalskyj. Remember to mark your Yearbook photo choice. If you are not ready to place your order, you may do that part at a later time. Seniors who do not return their proofs by Tuesday morning, November 14, will need to return them to Gurcsik Studios on their own.

College Visits:
The following colleges and universities will be visiting Saint Basil Academy during the week of November 13. If you would like to meet with a college representative, please sign up on Naviance. Also please get permission from your teacher if your visit is during class time.

Financial Aid Presentation:
It's never too early to start planning for a college education for our children.

Athletics
Soccer State Playoffs
SBA Soccer will play the State playoff semi-final Tuesday, November 14 at 5 pm versus NW Lehigh High School. The game site is Upper Perkiomen High School.
Winter Sports
Basketball and Indoor Track begin on November 17th. Please bring your
PIAA physical signed by a doctor and your $150 sports fee to the first practice or
pay online
. You can not attend tryouts without these items. Athletes who played a fall sport will have their physical on file.

Mini-THON Fundraising
Calling all students, teachers and alumnae! The best time of the year has finally come; it is time to start raising money for our 4th annual Saint Basil Academy Mini THON. The leaders this year are very excited to start raising money to fight childhood cancer. This year we have decided to create a crewneck that will be sold at the school store and all of the proceeds will go towards Mini THON. The crewneck will be sold
until November 19th. Order online in the link below.

Auditions are open to ALL Students.
We need you to make this happen!
Cast and Crew will receive .25 Arts Credit.
Audition Dates: Tuesday, December 12 and Thursday, December 14 @ 3:15 pm.

It is not too late to return your 10 week club tickets. Your tickets are good for all ten weeks of the drawing. View the list of winners

Volunteering
Please return the yellow volunteer forms that were handed out at Back to School night.
The volunteer form is also available on the SBA website. We are asking that each family volunteer for at least 2 events this year. A list of activities is on our webpage. There are student related events, Parents' Club events and Development events. We have amazing people in place in Admissions, Development and Leadership. Let's give them all the help we can.
