Schedule Change - Parent Teacher Conference (see table below)
Parent - Teacher Conferences are right around the corner. Based on feedback from our families, we have decided to move conferences to Tuesday, November 21 from 2:30 to 7:30 p.m. We will run an early dismissal schedule on this to accommodate the early start time for conferences. All students will be dismissed at 2:05 like a normal Wednesday schedule. Conferences this year will be similar to an open house where parents can come and go as you choose so there is no need to schedule appointment times. Each conference will last approximately 5-7 minutes. If more time is needed we will be more than glad to schedule additional time after Thanksgiving Break. Additionally, we will be grilling out dinner for the PM community and we invite parents to join us during conferences for a community-building meal! Questions? Contact Jon Tobin at 513-751-1230.
