SACNAS is a national organization devoted to training and supporting the
next generation of diverse STEM talent. The SACNAS Chapter at USD is a
source of both opportunity and motivation as you further your STEM
education and career. We plan to provide information on research, graduate
school, and fellowships and help you apply for travel scholarships to attend
the SACNAS National Conference.

OUR Travel Awards - The Office of Undergraduate Research is currently accepting travel award applications for single or group travel awards. AS a reminder, the Travel Awards are on a first come first serve basis.

USD Hinman GrantsThe University of San Diego Honors Program invites all Honors Program students in their Junior or Senior year to apply for the Lawrence Hinman Honors Research Grant.

AS Research GrantEach semester, A.S. has a fund of $20,000 available to fund undergraduate student research projects.

Student Travel Award for Research (STAR) - The USD Department of Psychological Sciences is pleased to announce the call for proposals for the Student Travel Awards for Research program (STAR).

CUR Biology and Psychology Division Travel Awards The Council on Undergraduate Research (CUR)  is offering a limited number of travel grants, up to $250 each, for undergraduate students presenting original biological research results at a regional or national, discipline-specific meeting* during the fiscal year 2017 - 2018.

Deadline: Applications must be received by 5:00 pm ET January 12, 2018, for meetings held between February 16 through June 30, 2018.

Conducting Research?

Students engaged in undergraduate research/scholarship activities and creative works are eligible to become Research Scholars regardless of funding source or formal program affiliation.
