Bereavement Support Group
October 11, 11 AM
Family Life Center

A new Bereavement Support Group, led by Ellna Silver, is being offered the second Wednesday of every month at 11 AM in the Family Life Center.

For anyone grieving or facing the loss of a loved one, this group offers the opportunity to learn about the grief process and about expressing feelings of grief. We will discover the natural strengths we each possess to work through this difficult time. Our group will discuss loved ones who have died and the stresses and anxieties that come with the new roles and responsibilities you may face during this transition. Ultimately, we will uncover together your personal potential for growth and transformation following loss.

Ellna has worked in the hospice field for the past fourteen years in many capacities. Her personal experiences with death and dying have led her to want to help others dealing with loss. There is no cost to attend.
