District 115 will test the BrightArrow Notification System on Wednesday, November 15 at 6:00 pm. We use this system as the primary means of notification in the case of an emergency or unplanned event that causes an early dismissal, school cancellation, or late start. An alert will be sent using the primary contact information you provided when you registered your student for school (during InfoSnap online registration).
We recommend that you view your account and verify your information before the test date using the instructions below.
Enter the primary email address that you provided when you registered your student for school (during InfoSnap online registration).
Enter your BrightArrow password, and click "Login." If you have forgotten your password, please click "Email My Password."
If you are a new family, or have never logged into the portal:
Click "Register New User." Do NOT enter a password on this page.
On the new password page, enter your desired password twice.
Click "Register" and follow the instructions on the online profile page.
All families: The top blue portion of the form contains the information you supplied at registration. To change this information you must contact Tiffany Smith, [email protected]. In the lower green portion of the form you can:
Add up to three additional phone numbers and two email addresses to your BrightArrow profile.
Elect to be contacted by voice calls and/or text messages.
Add contact information of other caretakers of your children, such as a grandparent or neighbor.
When finished updating your account, click APPLY at the bottom of the page to save you changes, and the TEST button at the bottom of the page to test your changes.
Once these steps have been completed you are ready to go. You can log in and update your information (in the green portion of the form) at any time using your email address and password.
