The project on Seminole Valley is nearing completion. Crews are wrapping up seeding and sodding. If needed, the contractor will replace any area that does not see growth. Any necessary re-seeding will occur next spring.
The crews have finished final sidewalk ramp replacements, which were required if the ramp did not pass inspection and meet the Americans with Disabilities Act standards.
The project is anticipated to be completed by the end of next week. Improvements included new roadway, paved shoulders, sanitary sewer extension, storm sewer, water main, and sidewalk infill.
