November is National Family Caregiver's Month

If you are a caregiver, you are "on" 24/7. Finding time for breaks and respite is challenging. This month, CVCOA is taking the time to honor all of the many caregivers we know and admire. Learn More about Caregivers
Holiday Hot Meals and
Shoebox Gifts

On Christmas Day, Central Vermont Council on Aging (CVCOA) partners with dozens of community volunteers and local businesses to prepare and deliver hot, holiday meals and “shoebox” gifts to elder Vermonters. For many isolated elder Vermonters, having a visitor bring them a holiday meal and gift is the highlight of their day. To donate gift items, food or funds, or to volunteer, call 476-0531. More Information.
