Shared Plate and our Shower Project
This Sunday, November 12th
Our Shared Plate for November is devoted to our interfaith social action activities. The highlight is "Show and Tell" of the recently purchased mobile shower trailer,
serving the needs of our neighbors who are homeless. Laura Hamby, from the Mid-County Homeless Coalition and the Congregational Church of Soquel will come show it off and answer questions. Come check it out! Just think of the good this will do and the lives it will touch.

Adult Religious Exploration
Sunday, November 19, 12-1:10 pm in the Gallery
Our study of the second part of the third Principle highlights why we participate in Interfaith efforts on behalf of our neighbors who are homeless. Leaders of the Interfaith community will talk about the issues of homelessness in our area and the constructive efforts done collaboratively with the participation of many faith groups and community partners. It's both a personal story and a strong message of optimism, perseverance and stepping up to make difference. And we are part of that. Q and A to follow.
