This has been a long hot summer. Chances are high that your lawn has suffered from lack of water. The forecast is looking cooler and rains will be returning to the PNW, which means it is time for fall aeration & overseeding.
We are currently scheduling this important service for our clients. If you are an existing client, you may have already had the aeration & overseeding this past summer. However, you may still see the stress of summer heat on your lawn and want another aeration & overseeding to your lawn.

WHAT IS AERATION?!
Aeration is pulling small plugs or cores out of the lawn. It helps to relieve soil compaction caused by drought stress, poor soil, weather and normal family use.
Mechanical aeration improves the air, water and nutrient exchange in the root zone. Your lawn will be healthier as a result.
WHAT IS OVERSEEDING?!?
Overseeding is when we spread a Northwest blend of grass seed over the entire lawn. This service helps to thicken up the lawn, which helps it to compete against the encroachment of moss and weeds.
