Now Congress is threatening tax incentives for homeowners, like the mortgage interest deduction and the state and local property tax deduction. These incentives are critical for a strong housing market that creates jobs and builds stable communities.

NAR Launches Call for Action on Tax Reform
NAR today launched a Call for Action to urge REALTORS® to tell federal lawmakers not to harm homeowners as they move forward with plans to reform the nation's tax code. The CFA is expected to run throughout the upcoming REALTORS® Conference & Expo and continue until Congress breaks for Thanksgiving. A Call for Action Toolkit is available to help you promote the CFA to your members. Remember, CFAs are an opportunity to meet Core Standards advocacy requirements and help meet President's Cup advocacy goals.

We are very excited to announce a new way for an existing eKEY® user to obtain an eKEY authorization code.
Your members that have an eKEY can now request an authorization code from within the eKEY app. This is useful if they are moving their eKEY service to a new phone or if they receive a 9B0D error when the eKEY gets out of sync with the server.

Need an Emergency Update Code?
Call 888-968-4032
You will be prompted to enter your eKey Serial Number and your 4 digit Pin Code , plus the# sign.
Your eKey Serial Number can be found by opening your eKey App and it will be displayed at the top of the screen.
Press the Red X on your key pad and select Emergency Update Code and enter the update code that you were given by KimWEB.
This will update your key for the next 24 hours.
