One simple form could increase school funding

Does your child attend one of the following schools?
  • Cordova Gardens Elementary
  • Cordova Meadows Elementary
  • Cordova Villa Elementary
  • Mills Middle School
  • Peter J. Shields Elementary
  • Rancho Cordova Elementary
  • White Rock Elementary
  • Williamson Elementary
If so, every student in your school receives free meals.  However,  your school is asking  you to  complete an  "alternative income eligibility"  form for your school.

This is not an application for free or reduced meals.  This ensures your school receives the most amount of funding available from the state.

We need your help:  Without everyone's participation, your school may not receive all of the funding it is entitled to from the state - meaning fewer services for our students.

Confidential:  We will never share your information with anyone.  You can return your form in a sealed envelope if requested.  You also can fill out the form online in the privacy of your home .

You may also call our Categorical Programs department at (916) 294-9000.
