Schedule for November 3
3:00 p.m. - Clergy meet with the Bishop at the Philadelphia Episcopal Cathedral. Attendance is not mandatory, it will be an informal discussion for any clergy who would like to meet and ask questions.
5:00 p.m. - Budget Discussion: In the Chapter Room, located in the Cathedral Offices in the Liem Azar Cathedral Center. This forum is intended to be an opportunity for people to ask questions or seek clarity on the budget.
6:00 p.m. - Vesting for Clergy for the Service of Holy Eucharist on Friday evening, November 3:
White alb and stole. It will take place in the Early Learning Center of the Philadelphia Episcopal Cathedral.
6:30 p.m. - Opening Eucharist

LAZ Parking, 39th & Market Streets - entrance on the east side of 39th has been reserved for our use. (This is the lot across 38th St. from the Cathedral.)

Horario para el 3 de noviembre
3:00 pm. - El clero se encuentra con el Obispo en la Catedral Episcopal de Filadelfia. La asistencia no es obligatoria, será una discusión informal para cualquier clérigo que quiera reunirse y hacer preguntas.
5:00 pm. - Discusión del presupuesto: en la Sala del Capítulo, ubicada en las Oficinas de la Catedral en el Centro de la Catedral Liem Azar. Este foro pretende ser una oportunidad para que las personas hagan preguntas o busquen claridad en el presupuesto.
6:00 pm. - Adquirir el Clero para el servicio de la Sagrada Eucaristía el viernes 3 de noviembre por la noche.
Se invita a todos los comités, comisiones, juntas y grupos asociados a la Diócesis a presentar un informe de sus actividades que cubra el período después de última Convención, las que serán publicadas en el website de la Convención. Los informes deberán rendirse 20 de octubre, para asegurarse que serán publicados en el website de la diócesis previamente a la Convención. Los informes entregados después esta fecha límite, pero antes del 1ro de diciembre, se incluirán en las actas de la Convención.
