Hope Home Care is new to the township, celebrating its first anniversary. The company was founded in 2012. Meet Owners Ryan and Hope Mullikin (Photo: center with staff) in this month's Business Insider:
What’s new and exciting at your business?
We are in the process of launching our new non-skilled & private pay division called Hope Care Team. It will focus on providing personal care and homemaking services to those needing assistance through Passport, ComCare and other state programs. It will also provide many services to private pay clients.
What makes Hope Home Care special?
Hope Home Care has consistently been ranked 4.5 to 5.0 stars (out of 5) since the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) began the home health star rating program in 2015. We have also been recognized as a Top Agency of HomeCare Elite for two years in a row which represents the top 25% of Medicare certified home healthcare agencies in the country. We make available high quality patient care to the homes of residents in Miami Township and surrounding areas.
How has the township contributed to your success?
Miami Township was extremely easy to work with when relocating our office last year. We were able to get approval from the township for a nice sign on our building that gave us great street front exposure to passing traffic.
What are your business hopes and goals for the future?
We simply want to help as many people as possible to achieve their highest level of functionality and independence in their own home, while showing them the love of Christ at the same time. We are first and foremost a Christian faith-based company. These are the principles that lead and guide the decisions we make and the care we provide each day.
