Change 4 CHANGE

Keep collecting Change for Change at club meetings and other events and activities to help raise money for the Children's Hospital Foundation.    


Pull Tabs 
Collect aluminum pull tabs from beverage cans and donate to Ronald McDonald House.  Money raised from this campaign help families with children in hospitals by providing lodging and meals. 


Check us out - you can post, ask questions, see what is going on around the county.  Please keep all posts appropriate for youth, families and visitors.

Congratulations to all the 4-H members that have competed recently at the County Fair, Livestock Show, Rabbit Show, Poultry Show and Horse Show as well as the State Fair and State Judging and Robotics Contests and State Shooting Sports Contests!

You all have done an amazing job and also congrats to all the recipients of awards at the recent Oklahoma County 4-H Awards Reception.  

The skills you have learned and the character you have gained through your 4-H experiences will last you a lifetime.

Saturday, October 14th at 9:00 am
OSU Conference Center

We will have record book training following the meeting so bring your laptops and/or flash drives along with information about your 4-H projects and bring your calendar too.  

Certified volunteers this counts as one of your 4 continuing education credits required each year.

4-H MONTH

OKLAHOMA COUNTY 4-H WILL BE COLLECTING H.U.G.S. (HATS, UNDERWEAR, GLOVES AND SOCKS)
THROUGHOUT THE MONTH OF OCTOBER TO GIVE TO CHILDREN IN NEED IN OKLAHOMA COUNTY.

Tractor Supply Paper 
Clover Campaign

Oct. 4 - Oct. 15

Contact Your Local Tractor Supply in your county to set up a day to host a booth to promote your 4-H projects and help raise money for 4-H Camps and Leadership Experiences by encouraging customers to purchase paper clovers.

Volunteer Information


VOLUNTEERS
please RE-ENROLL on 4-H ONLINE and RENEW your Working with Minors Training and send us a copy of your certificate if you haven't done so already!  If you attend any trainings through out the year including State or Southwest District Volunteer Conferences please send us a copy of your certificates.  You must complete 4 continuing education credits each year.  Our quarterly 4-H parent/volunteer training after the adult council meetings count towards that number as well.   


4-H Enrollment

4-H ENROLLMENT BEGINS SEPTEMBER 1st.

Cost is $20 per student or $60 maximum per family.  Please notify the county office when you qualify for the family discount.  

Pay by credit card online or send a check to Oklahoma County Extension office made payable to Oklahoma County OSU Extension. Please include an invoice or names of the 4-H members the enrollment fee is for.
