William Sheffer, 30 Years
Vice President/Business Development
Bill joined The First in August 1987. He was promoted to Branch Manager at our Fairless Hills Branch in January 1989. Bill remained at our Fairless Hills Branch for several years, becoming Assistant Cashier in March 1990 and Assistant Vice President in December 1991. He was promoted to Commercial Loan Officer in May 1994, and then to Vice President in July 1998. In April 2001, Bill became the Branch Manager at our Washington Crossing Branch while maintaining his role as Vice President/Commercial Loan Officer.
Bill was promoted to Vice President/Business Development in July 2003, a position he currently maintains.

Ginger Oettinger, 20 Years
Assistant Branch Manager/Fairless Hills
Ginger joined The First in August 1997. She participated in our Management Trainee Program in April 2001. In March of 2002, Ginger was promoted to Assistant Branch Manager at our Wrightstown Branch. She transitioned to our Jamison Branch in January 2006, and then to our Fairless Hills Branch in January 2014, a position she maintains today.

Laurette Licitra, 20 Years
Teller / Washington Crossing
Laurette was hired as a Teller at our Fairless Hills Branch in September 1997. She moved to our Washington Crossing Branch as a Teller in July 2014, a position she has maintained since. Laurette is retiring later this month. We wish her the best and thank her for her years of service.

Mirinda Withrow, 15 Years
Customer Service Representative/Fairless Hills
Mirinda joined The First as a Teller at our Levittown Branch in July 2002. She was promoted to Vault Teller (Levittown) in September 2006. In May 2008, Mirinda transitioned to Floating Customer Service Representative/Teller and filled in where she was needed most. In October 2011, she moved to the Fairless Hills Branch, maintaining her role as Customer Service Rep, a position she holds today.

Vault Teller/Solebury
Diana was hired as a Teller at our Doylestown Branch in September 2002. She moved to our Solebury Branch as a Teller in December of that same year. In February 2007, Diana was promoted to Vault Teller at our Solebury Branch, a role she maintains today.

Corporate Officer/PC Specialist
Ryan joined The First in August 2007 as a Teller. He completed our Management Trainee program in January 2008 and was promoted to PC specialist in February of that same year. In July 2010, Ryan was promoted to Corporate Officer. Since 2015, Ryan has maintained his role as Corporate Officer/PC Specialist and has added the responsibilities of area supervisor.
