Despite a little rain, the 18th Annual Street Dance was a huge success. It doesn't get any better than local talent, local food and local business owners. The live entertainment was terrific and we were able to raise funds and food for the Wauconda/Island Lake Food Pantry.
WOMEN IN BUSINESS COUNCIL 9/13
sponsored by Deborah Haras/Natural Healthy Care and hosted by Whisk
Amidst the terrific networking we also learned a lot about wellness and healthcare at this month's event. Our thanks to Deborah Haras for a great luncheon and the perfect setting of Whisk Bakery for this event.

BUSINESS AFTER HOURS 9/27
at Sweet Melissa's
One of the greatest things we like to hear from our members when attending a BAH is "I've never been here before". Just another great part of networking at different member locations. Our thanks to our host Mel with Sweet Melissa's for a great spread of food and drink and door prizes. What a turnout!

FARMERS MARKET SEASON JULY - SEPTEMBER
at Main Street, Wauconda
We really enjoyed a wonderful season of Farmers' Market weeks. With abundant producers, artisan crafters, not for profits, commercial vendors, fabulous entertainment, weekly themes and mostly great weather this market season was a huge success.
Now what to do with our Thursdays?
BIO BOWL!
Each attendee at our Business After Hours has an opportunity to win a feature on their business that is published in the next available Wauconda Wave Monthly Newsletter and on Facebook. It pays to be a Member!
