REMINDER: IMPORTANT PARENT SURVEY
SCCS is beginning our accreditation plan for the Ohio Catholic School Accrediting Association. This is a six-year cycle in which every Catholic school in the State of Ohio is required to participate and involves seeking feedback from stakeholders, creating goals, and developing a plan of action to attain these goals. Parents, students, and teachers all have a part to play in this important process. As we begin seeking feedback, we are asking all families to complete the survey by clicking here.

This data will provide us feedback on strengths and weaknesses in our academic and faith-based programs at SCCS. The survey consists of 50 multiple-choice questions and should take less than 15 minutes to complete. Please complete the survey by Thursday, November 2. Thank you in advance for your participation in this important process!
