Giving Tuesday - November 28, 2017

Giving Tuesday is recognized as a global day of giving and is the Tuesday after Thanksgiving on November 28, 2017. If your organization has information available about an initiative  that you are promoting on Giving Tuesday, please email Emily Dammeyer, Communications Manager (emily.dammeyer@toledochamber.com) no later than November 19th to be included in the newsletter on November 21st. 

State Capital Budget

The Toledo Regional Chamber of Commerce is working to identify community and arts related projects in the region for the upcoming state fiscal year 2019-2020 capital bill. A recommendation will be provided to the Governor and the region's legislative delegation describing projects that have an economic impact on the region for consideration in the bill.

The Chamber's process is a collaborative effort between the region's business leaders and elected officials. This effort has been proven to be successful in previous capital budgets toward securing funding for community related projects in the region.
