November 17, 2017

Attention Columbus Academy Families:
Please note that beginning at approximately 8:00 a.m. this Sunday morning (November 19), work crews will be restriping the parking lot next to Hondros Field that is just outside our athletics entrance. For this reason, our security team will be closing the driveway gate at Viking Way and Campus Drive late Saturday night to make certain that no vehicles will be on the lot surface. The gates will reopen when the striping contractor is completed and gives the go-ahead to security that the surface paint is dry and available for parking. At this time, weather-permitting, we hope to be fully completed with the work no later than 1:00 p.m. on Sunday, meaning that the lot should be open for Sunday afternoon events such as our CAJB youth basketball leagues. If the lot is not open, please park in the lot closest to the Dining Hall and enter by the Barton Room before proceeding down the staircase to the gyms.

Also, a new era begins tomorrow (Saturday, November 18) when our JV ice hockey team plays its first official game at 7:30 p.m. against Dublin Scioto at Chiller Ice Works (401 East Wilson Bridge Road, Worthington 43085). Special pregame activities are being planned for the occasion, and our squad would love to have a big crowd for the inaugural game.

And we will be hosting three important arts-related events in the coming months, so please save the following dates and join us!
