NEW ORLEANS PROGRAM
Civic Leadership in Critical Issues

Building from the notion of the Citizen Architect, AIA New Orleans will discuss how architects can have a role in local and regional issues, from identifying the problem, to designing the solution. The programming will supplement that of the National Plenary Broadcast, by offering ideas for using your leadership potential to address real-world problems, beyond your office.
Attendees will engage in dialog around three issues incredibly relevant to New Orleans and the surrounding region: Coastal Planning and Resilience, Economic Development, and Community Engagement and Activism.

Disaster Assistance Training Friday, Nov 10 | CEH's offered as well

ELIGIBLE PARTICIPANTS:
All building industry professionals are welcome and will receive a class attendance certificate. Unlicensed professionals are welcome to attend the training and will receive an attendance certificate, but will not be "SAP Certified".
