This October, every 3 check-ins at TGF on Facebook, will help provide 1 woman access to a breast cancer risk assess ment. We're working with Causely and Bright Pink to make it happen. What's Happening in the Facility!

  • MYZONE CHALLENGE for OCTOBER. Most Points wins get diner for 2 @ Viande Rouge in JohnsCreek. http://vrsteakhouse.com/vrs/
  • IN-Body Testing October 25th. 5am-6pm. Just before Trick or Treat :)
  • Kickboxing has moved to Tuesday and Thursdays @ 8am
  • New Team Training Times : Tuesday and Thursday @6:30pm. Here is a chance for your friends to come to a later group during the week.

Community WEEKEND WARRIOR. OCTOBER 8th
Ever have someone that you know interested in our facility but they were unsure!! No Problem we have you covered!! In 2017 we have started a new program for our awesome weekend warriors to share their fitness experience with others. One SATURDAY of every month, here at TGF, we will have a Community WEEKEND WARRIOR group. To participate in the group session, clients/members must bring an adults guest that is not a current member of TGF. Please make sure to arrive a little early to introduce your guest to the trainer and have the liability form filled out before session starts. If you have anymore question let your TGF staff know.

Recipe of the Month

CHICKEN BROCCOLI BAKE
  • Ingredients
    • 2 heads Broccoli cut into florets
    • 1 large Sweet Potato peeled and cut into bite-size cubes
    • 6 Chicken Thighs I prefer mine boneless, skinless
    • ½ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    • 1-1/2 tsp Garlic Powder 
    • ½ tsp Oregano
    • Sea Salt to taste
    • Fresh Ground Black Pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375F.
  2. Place chicken, broccolli, and sweet potato cubes in a 9×13 glas baking dish.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over them and stir to evenly coat.
  4. Spread out the chicken evenly in the dish and spread the veggies around and on top of the chicken evenly.
  5. Sprinkle the garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper on top.
  6. Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes, uncovered.
  7. Remove from oven and let chicken rest a few minutes before serving to keep the juices inside.
