There's still time to comment on Florida Constitution

UPDATE:  The deadline for submitting suggestions to the Florida Constitution Revision Commission has been extended until Oct. 6, 2017.

If you have a comment or a suggestion for an issue that needs to be addressed by the FLCRC, or a request to not change something that is currently in the Constitution, go to  http://www.flcrc.gov/  and follow the links.

You do have to sign in or open an account, but the process is simple.

Reproductive Rights Legislation News

US: The constant and chronic assault on women's Reproductive Rights continues.  The US House plans to vote next week on a bill that would ban abortion after 20 weeks. Call or write your representative to oppose this legislation.

Florida: Senator Gary Farmer plans to introduce the Family Planning and Reproductive Rights Act in the next Florida legislative session.

Let the Florida Constitution Revision Commission know that any amendment which threatens to weaken the right to privacy could also weaken a woman's right to choose. Write or call the CRC to demand that they preserve our rights to privacy and protect reproductive rights.  Post your comments on the CRC page, urging commission not to hurt Florida women.

Consider contacting each Commission member by letter, phone or email:  https://www.flcrc.gov/
