Arm Balance Workshop with Lesley & Emma

Come play with us and find a balance between effort and ease! We will warm up with a quick flow to stretch and strengthen our wrists, arms, shoulders, core and hips. Then we will move on to crow, handstands & forearm balance.This workshop
if for anyone wanting to work on arm balances, from beginners to intermediate.

Hi!  I am Founder/Studio Owner of both Empower Yoga Studio in Beverly and Solstice Power Yoga Studio in Lynnfield.  Empower Yoga Studio started way back in January of 2003 (about one week before I found out I was pregnant with my third child...surprise!)  I have been working behind the scenes ever since that time to create, manage, fund, grow, and nurture Empower Yoga.  In 2014, I also opened Solstice Power Yoga in Lynnfield.  While you will not likely see me front and center of the yoga classes  (I don't teach, and prefer the back row when I practice), I am an ever-present force behind the scenes at both studios and have been now for almost 14 years!

I'm dedicated and committed to creating vibrant, uplifting, fresh, clean, safe space where Yoga teachers and students can comfortably gather without judgement or ego... to flow, breathe and sweat together; to connect and discover ourselves and the joy & hope that lie within us.   My goal is to create a haven, where we can be who we are, as we are, real and genuine, and discover our true potential as we strengthen, balance, and heal our bodies and minds,  together as a community.
