COME BACK TO BROADWAY CELEBRATION
On Friday, October 20th we held a ribbon cutting and Come Back to Broadway event to celebrate the end of construction on Broadway and the repaving of the street. Alderman Tom Tunney, business owners and neighbors joined us at Melrose and Broadway for the ribbon cutting ceremony. We also encouraged neighbors to shop and dine at local businesses along Broadway who struggled during the construction process. Many businesses offered deals, promotions and events. We also had live music, performers, cake, champagne samples, gift card giveaways, shopping bags and more! Thank you to all of those who came out to support our local businesses!
