Note: This class will be on the third week instead of our regular second week class. This is a drop-in class for all ages, sizes, shapes and skill levels. Last month we had kids, parents and grandparents and everyone loved Devon's teaching style. The class is open to all shapes, sizes and ages and all skill levels Come and check it out! Bring a yoga mat if you've got one and cost is only a Toonie. Devon is also offering a mid-week Yoga Fundamentals on Wednesday mornings at 9:00 a.m., by donation

Variety Show and 'Silent Auction' Fundraiser

Variety Show and 'Silent Auction' Fundraiser for our Labyrinth, Saturday, November 18, doors open at 6:30pm. Talent starts at 7:00pm.
Admission will be $5.00 plus a finger food potluck dish (savory or sweet).
Join us for a fun filled night for all ages. We have a variety of entertainment to please everyone. There are some wonderful things to bid on at our silent Auction. The evening is sure to be filled with lots of love and laughter as we all enjoy the entertainment.

. Lisa Holloway has been a practicing metaphysical teacher and energy healer for over twenty years. She is a Reiki Master/Teacher, certified Polarity Therapist, and Creative Visualization Coach. Lisa is professionally trained as a group facilitator, and provides guided meditation in areas such as forgiveness, gratitude, abundance, healing the inner child, and past life regression. She has a passion for helping others to reach their greatest potential and works to help others identify their innate wisdom and gifts and to use them to build a fulfilling and purposeful life.

Next week will be our regular Family Service focusing on the Power of Elimination. Rev. Patricia has something different planned, so bring those kids of all ages.
Following the service next week, the prayer chaplains will present a healing prayer circle.

Tickets are available today for our next psychic potluck supper which will take place on Thursday November 30. The cost is $20 plus a potluck dish, and each participant will receive two mini-readings. Purchase tickets on Sunday or call/email the office to reserve your spot.

If you are already a member of Unity of Nanaimo and wish to remain a member for 2018, please complete a membership renewal form during coffee. You can just leave it on the table and we will pick it up. We need to update our files for 2018 and we need to get these completed to know how many members we have in our charity before our AGM. Health Promotion (Seated Form) Tai Chi class is beneficial to everyone, and is particularly suitable for students who have health and mobility issues. Recent studies indicate that Tai Chi may help with a range of medical problems including Parkinson's, MS, Fibromyalgia, Arthritis, Asthma, and rehabilitation from hip and knee replacements.
