Hello Everyone and Happy Holidays,
 
As the Holidays rapidly approach it is once again time to get prepared for our Toledo Trucking Association's annual Christmas party and Silent Auction.
 
One hundred percent (100%) of the monies raised by our Silent Auction go towards the Toledo Trucking Association Scholarship Fund.  Our past auctions have been extremely successful and we need your help to continue in that fashion.
 
I know it is early to start thinking of Christmas but our party is set for December the 1st and that is rapidly approaching.  
 
If everyone could let me know what they are able to donate for the auction by Thanksgiving week that would be greatly appreciated.  I also would like to take possession of your donations prior to the Christmas party so we can be set up that day in an orderly fashion.  If you cannot drop your donation off, please let me know and I will make arrangements to have it picked up.
 
We have always been very appreciative of all items which were donated in the past.  Moving forward, we're attempting to provide silent auction items which are more "spouse/non-trucking friendly".  If at all possible, please keep that in mind when donating. Examples include: spas, wine baskets, etc. This will definitely result in more bids and ultimately, more money donated to our scholarship fund. If you need help with ideas, please do not hesitate to contact us. 

Again, we appreciate any effort you make and we look forward to making this an amazing event!
