COMPANY DIRECTOR'S NOTE!
NOTES FROM KRISTEN!

Good afternoon Company Families! 

Super Important! If your dancer is in an extra routine that has been rehearsing on Sundays, please  complete the survey below ASAP to let me know if you WILL OR WILL NOT be at the rehearsals on Sunday, November 26th and Sunday, December 10th! (Thank you to everyone who has already completed the survey!)

These rehearsal dates will be BIG practice days as we prepare for the weekend of December 15-17 with Don Mirault! It is VERY IMPORTANT for all dancers to attend these rehearsals if at all possible. 


Here are a few quick notes but BE SURE TO READ THE BLOCKS BELOW to stay up-to-date on all of our Company Information!  (The schedule of dates is also below!)
  • Reminder! If you know you are going to be absent for any Sunday rehearsal, please let me know/ remind me the week leading up to that rehearsal (not weeks before) by noon on Tuesday so I can plan the schedule accordingly! 
  • NEW! Dipstick Fundraiser! Going on now! See details below!  Orders due Nov. 20th.
  • Our Butter Braid Fundraiser is also underway! See details below! Order due Nov. 30th.
  • Awards from Nationals are available to be picked up at the front desk!
  • Reminder! Students must wear their company uniform to Sunday rehearsals as well as weekday classes!  
  • Group rehearsals continue this Sunday! See schedule below! 
  • Save the Date! Our Company Intensives with Don Mirault will be December 15-17 and are required for everyone except Pre-Company! 
  • If your dancer plans to compete a solo/duet/trio this year we must have a contract signed for the solo/duet/trio! We will be unable to assign a teacher to your dancer/start the routine until we receive your paperwork.

Dipsticks Fundraiser

New! Dipstick Fundraiser! 

This fun and easy fundraiser offers a variety of dip mixes for just $3 each.  Your dancer will profit $1.50 for each dipstick they sell.  

Orders will be due November 20th by 9pm.  

Delivery date and time TBA.

Stop by the front desk to  pick up the two forms you need for this fundraiser starting TODAY!

All orders need to be turned in by 9pm on 
November 30th!  When you turn in your forms please include cash or one check made out to Center Stage Academy.  

Orders will be delivered and will need to be picked up the week of December 11-15, exact date and time to come!

Center Stage Company has their own Smartphone App to keep you informed!   To get the full features of the CS Team App you need to: 

First: Download Team App onto your smartphone.

Second: Launch Team App.

Then follow these steps:

1. Sign-up to Team App.
 You'll be sent an email to confirm your registration.

2. Log in. Then search for Center Stage Company and request access to the group(s) that apply to you.

For example, everyone should request access to join the 2017/18 All Company group and then all of the group classes/ routines that you/ your dancer are in! 

3.  Enable Push Notifications on your phone! (Go to settings to enable them.)

We will use this App to send push notifications to your phone to give everyone immediate need-to-know information- especially during the competition season! 

If you don't have a smartphone, reply to this email so you can be added manually and you'll receive email notifications instead of push notifications to your phone.
