Will owner finance the truck to an agency that needs a good truck or a startup company that needs a dependable truck. I am asking 38k or best offer for the truck and will owner finance the truck with 16k down and 520 a month which is what I pay on the loan.  I have spoke to banker and he has NO issue with allowing me to lease or owner finance it to someone as long as it is insured and bank is listed as loss payee.
