This discussion will help senior women address topics such as job market volatility, age bias and the inner work as well as the and outer work we all need to address respond to our rapidly changing job market with agility.

Join us as we explore powerful ways to balance our personal needs with our professional responsibilities, reinvent ourselves strategically and clarify the strengths of our power styles.

Maggie Craddock
President and Founder, Workplace Relationships LLC

Maggie Craddock is an executive coach who has worked with clients at all levels on the professional spectrum - from people entering the workforce to Fortune 500 CEOs. She has been featured on CNBC, National Public Radio and quoted in national publications including the Wall Street Journal, the Los Angeles Times and the Chicago Tribune.

Maggie is the author of Power Genes: Understanding Your Power Persona and How to Wield it at Work (Harvard Business Review Press: June, 2011) and The Authentic Career: Following the Path of Self-Discovery to Professional Fulfillment (New World Library, 2004).

She has also written several nationally syndicated articles on behavioral dynamics in the workplace, and her work has been discussed in publications ranging from Harvard Business Review to Oprah Magazine. She was featured at Deutsche Bank's annual Women on Wall Street conference in both 2002 and 2004 and is a popular keynote speaker at leadership conferences for her corporate clients and industry networking associations.

Before building her executive coaching business, Maggie worked for over a decade on both the buy side and the sell side of the financial services industry. As a Portfolio Manager at Scudder, Stevens & Clark, Maggie managed $3 billion in short-term global assets. She received two Lipper Awards for top mutual fund performance: Best Short-Term Multi Market Income Fund, ranked #1 by Lipper in a universe of 77 funds, and Best World Income Fund over $1 billion in size, ranked #1 by Lipper in a universe of 7 funds.

She also served as a National Director of Consultant Relations at Sanford C. Bernstein, representing the firm across all asset classes including emerging markets, domestic and international fixed income, and domestic and international equity to major consultants and pension fund clients nationwide.

Maggie received a M.Sc. in Economics from the London School of Economics, specializing in Capital Markets. She also received an MSW from New York University and is an Ackerman certified family therapist. Maggie holds a BA in Economics from Smith College.

Anita Hill Sands
Managing Partner, Intuition Financial Placement

Anita Hill Sands is a Managing Partner at Intuition Financial Placement, a firm she founded. Prior to becoming an executive search consultant, Ms. Sands was a trader at Merrill Lynch for fourteen year in Securities Lending, Repo and Equity Derivatives, she then joined Bear Stearns in the International Securities Lending group, and subsequently, Credit Industriel et Commercial (CIC), the fourth largest bank in France, where she ran the Equity Finance desk for six years. Ms. Sands is on the advisory board and Chair for US Peer Engagement Events of 100 Women in Finance. She holds an MBA in Finance from Fordham University and a BA in Psychology.

Amy Poster
Contributing Writer, Institutional Investor

Ms. Poster is a risk and regulatory subject matter expert and currently contributing writer to Institutional Investor magazine. Her consulting experience focuses on implementation of risk management programs, regulatory and compliance reporting for broker/dealers and hedge funds, internal audit, controls, and assessments and implementation of risk technology solutions.

Amy completed a term assignment as a Senior Policy Advisor at the US Department of Treasury, Office of the Special Inspector General- TARP, (SIGTARP), overseeing financial markets and domestic policy. She led critical audits on TARP recipients and Federal inter-agency investigations.

Prior to her role at SIGTARP, Amy was Director in Product Control at Credit Suisse, focusing on risk and valuation for global credit products within the Fixed Income Division. In addition, Amy led the set up and post-launch risk management of several credit and distressed funds within Credit Suisse' Alternative Capital Division. Earlier in her career, she designed and implemented risk and valuation programs at Donaldson, Lufkin, and Jenrette and Bear Stearns. She started as a business analyst at Lehman Brothers.

Amy is regularly published in Institutional Investor, Alpha, Money Management Intelligence, and the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP) Risk News magazines. She holds an MBA in Financial Management with Distinction from Pace University. Ms. Poster is on the Advisory Boards of 100 Women in Finance and Indego Africa.
