Lake Lawn Resort is hosting an extended weekend
for family and friends to gather at the lake, and to enjoy everything they have to offer while the fall colors are beginning to take effect. The weekend is packed with fall-themed events, including unlimited mini golf, scarecrow building, pumpkin decorating, donut making, hayrides, Fall Harvest Buffet, movie nights, an Organic Cotton Candy Stand, lots of games and activities for the whole family, the Milwaukee Brewers Famous Racing Sausages™ and more!

Fall Harvest Buffet
October 8 | 12 - 2 pm
The buffet will be held lakefront under the lights, with the back up being the Geneva Ballroom. Bags, Ladder Golf and Giant Jenga will be available lakeside near the Buffet, provided by the Recreation team.

Ribfest Competition & Benefit
October 7 | 8 am - 6 pm
Come on out for the first Annual Ribfest Competition & Benefit! Whiskey Ranch's Ribfest Competition is a fundraiser to benefit and support local volunteer fire fighters from Delavan and Darien. Welcoming all barbecue lovers, local cooks and chefs to compete and/or stop in for some tastings!
Awards for the Ribfest Competition will include.
* Best Ribs
* Best Sauce
* Best Ambiance of Site – Decorate as you
choose!
Live music provided by BCT!
Hourly 50/50s, Raffles, Bag Toss Competition & more!
Cost: $20 – Includes tasting of the ribs, grilled corn, variety of sides and a raffle ticket

Chili Cook-Off
October 14 | 12 - 3 pm
Join Whiskey Ranch for their 1st EVER Chili Cook-Off! This event will help to raise funds to provide Thanksgiving Turkeys to local families in need.
Set up and simmer will run 11 am - 2 pm. Tasting and judging will begin at 2 pm, with winners and prizes announced at 3 pm.
COST: $25 Entry Fee (Includes Free Drink & Prizes) - Entrant to provide any garnishes need (sour cream, cheese, onions, etc.)
$5 Judging Fee (Includes unlimited sampling)
Whiskey Ranch will provide all of the tasting utensils (bowls, spoons, napkins, etc.)

Fall Family Fun Night
October 14 | 5 - 8 pm
What could be more fun than a Fall Family Fun Night at The Ranch, full of pumpkins, hayrides, s'mores, hot cocoa and fun? Join us for food, pumpkin carvings, hayrides, roasting s'mores over the fire and more! Have fun dressing up in your costumes and we will even have a costume contest with prizes.
Parents can even kick back and relax and enjoy dinner inside and let your little goblins have a ghostly time outside. $25 will get your little goblin a meal, a drink, a pumpkin to decorate, hayrides and prizes. Bring in 2 canned goods or 1 boxed food item and save $5.
