Be Xposed- Hips and Hair Flips
Join us every Wednesday at 8:30 pm and Be Xposed! In October, Leanna is taking over Be Xposed with "Hips and Hair Flips." Strap on a pair of heels and come get your sexy on!
This class is a $10 drop in.
Pole Yoga
Yoga certified instructor, Leanna, will lead you in a class that joins traditional yoga poses using the pole to deepen your stretch. A unique and sexy range of sensual exercises that are appropriate for all levels. No Yoga or Pole experience necessary.
Lieutenant Assets & Major Cheeks will teach you how to bounce, pop, & shake your booty like a Pro! Get a great full-body workout and have a load of laughs at the same time! Knee pads are recommended. Just $19.
Our third Sunday Workshop series is concluding with Advanced Floor/Chair! Come kick your Floor/Chair skills into high gear. Melissa will teach you cool new tricks, floor work, balances, and more! This class is a ppropriate for all levels.
We have some exciting schedule changes in October! Melissa is teaching a 12:00 noon Sexy Stretch on Wednesdays, and Joanna W is Pound-ing it out on Fridays at 5:30 pm.
