Give your "Best Gift Yet"

Our semi-annual Special Building offering will be taken on October 29.  Look around the campus and get excited about the progress!  Children's banks are available at the Main Street Welcome Center and the Information Center. This is a great way to involve the whole family! Grab one now and return it with your "Best Gift Yet" on October 29th!
Deadline for collecting relief items is October 1. Bring mosquito repellent and gift cards from  Lowe's,  Hom e D epot, or Wal Mart.  

We will be sending these items to a small church on the Texas Coast.
Fall Festival Opportunities
Read more about opportunities to partner with Nat Williams School (Oct. 20) or Community Heights (Oct. 31).  We will not be having fall festival at our church this year due to construction.

Women Who Pray - Thurs. Oct. 5 @ 6 pm   in the Student Center.
Deacon Car Winterization - for widows, singles, and widowers.  Sat. Oct 7 from 9 am to noon in the east parking lot.
Ladies Bible Studies  "Hosea: Unfailing Love Changes Everything" by Jennifer Rothschild
Wednesday mornings at  9:30 am in the Student Center.  --or--   Monday evenings at 6:30 pm in Lower Level 6.(Location Change).   Study guides are available in the Church office for $13.
Falling Into Place Women's Brunch
In Search Of - table decorators, hostesses and lovely ladies!  Tickets are moving quickly, so don't miss your chance to attend the highly requested  fall women's brunch  - with a twist!  It is from 9:30 am - 11:30 am, Saturday, October 21 at Lubbock Impact, and our special guests will be the ladies who participate in the UNPACK mentoring program. Tickets are available at the Information Center. If you can't attend, but still want to participate, please consider providing a scholarship for a Lubbock Impact participant..

Leadercast for Women - Last Call for special Bacon Heights Pricing!! Call the office on Monday to learn more!
Thurs. Oct 5 from 8  am to 3 pm, at Bacon Heights. T his first ever leadership training just for women is h osted by Chick Fil A.  Lunch and snacks provided.

Franklin Graham Crusade:  October 11th @ 7:30 pm in Lubbock, TX - Mackenzie Park South (in the grass area off Chavez and Broadway, across the lake from the Amphitheater).  Bring a lawn chair or blanket if you want to sit. Carpooling is recommended.
