Box Tops for Education
Box Tops can be found on a variety of General Mills products. Since each Box Tops is worth 10 cents, they add up quickly!! Clip and collect them in a baggie or envelope.  Or, use the Star Wars themed collection sheet that will be sent home with your student.  Send the Box Tops to school with your child at any time.  Cossitt can earn up to $20,000 a year from this program. Box Tops for Education App
Don't want to clip but still want to help? Download the Box Tops App. Simply create an account, select Cossitt as your school of choice and check out the deals. Once you have made a purchase, select the product, take a picture of the receipt and press submit. The Box Tops earned go directly to the Cossitt account. Now is a great time to try this App. You can earn100box tops for buying 5 Lysol products from any store and 100 box tops for buying any 3 Box Top products at Sam's Club. Check it out!

Tyson Project A+
Project A+ labels can be found on participating Tyson Chicken products. Go to projectaplus.tyson.com for examples of what part of the label to collect. Cossitt can earn up to $12,000 a year from this program. These labels are worth 24 cents each.  Collect them in a baggie or envelope and send them to school with your sutdent at any time.

PTC Volunteer Opportunity
Do you have an hour to spare once a month?  We need a couple of volunteers to help photocopy Friday folder flyers and teacher materials  on Wednesday or Friday mornings at Cossitt.  It only ta kes about one hour, once a month .   
It's a great way to help out and make a difference, with minimal commitment .

Chick Chat 
Calling all Girls 4th - 6th grade! 

Chick Chat Registration is now open! 

This is the second year Ogden is hosting this dynamic program for girls. Chick Chat is run by experienced child/family therapists who understand 'tween girls and are passionate about helping them thrive.

Through crafts, small group sessions, yoga and simple teams-type challenges, Chick Chat explores important topics on self-esteem, friendship, and navigating the intense world of adolescence, and creates space where girls can feel safe and understood about their changing life experiences. 

The program will be held on  Sunday, November 5, 11am - 5pm at Ogden Ave Elementary.   Register your daugther HERE .

Parent Program: "The Path To Success..."
"The Path to Success:  Raising kids who grow, bounce back, avoid bullies and are nice"

Parents mark your calendars for  Tuesday October 17, 7:30pm at Park Jr. High Auditorium  and join us for a inspirational and fun evening with a dynamic speaker, teacher and life coach Patrick Donohue  who will present "The Path to Success:  Raising kids who grow, bounce back, avoid bullies and are nice".      

This event is hosted by Ogden Avenue School PTC's Positive School Climate Committee.  It is free and open to all, adults only.
