The HI-OD™ printing process uses proprietary epoxy ink formulations in a multi-pass, multi-layer offset process that achieves high quality screen printing with a low profile and "pinhole free" opacity.

Asahi Glass Corporation (AGC) Dragontrail ™
is innovative High Ion-Exchange (HIE ™ ) aluminosilicate glass with superior strength, scratch resistance and a beautiful surface finish that is made by applying a proprietary chemical strengthening and tempering process to the highly even and flat float material.

Dragontrail™ supports low profile and reduced weight portable field and industrial devices with a toughness 6x that of soda lime float. It is environmentally friendly and is produced without the use of lead, arsenic and antimony. 
 
AGC EN-A1 Alkali Free Boro-Aluminosilicate Glass Now Available from Abrisa Technologies

Asahi Glass Corporation (AGC) EN-A1 material, 
a highly transmissive, alkali-free thin boro-aluminosilicate glass that is ideal for highly sensitive bio-photo detection applications, high throughput sensor applications and as enhancement glass for thin displays. And cover glass for micro arrays.
 
Its coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE) of 38 x 10 -7 is well matched to silicon, making it an ideal and economical choice for use as a glass polishing substrate for the thinning process (back grinding) of semiconductor chips supporting low profile electronic device manufacture.
