NORTH STATE BIA ISSUES OCTOBER SALES REPORT

ROSEVILLE - The regional homebuilding industry saw its collective October sales increase by 120 over September's 331 sales, with the finally tally for the month coming in at 451 sales with 150 communities reporting.

"The last couple of months have been solid, but not spectacular for our industry. The good new is,  October's sales haul puts us back on track to finish out the year strongly"  said Andy Davidson, the BIA Chair and President of Construction with Anton Development Company. "In fact, with this latest batch of sales in the books, we have already exceeded last year's total sales of 4,208 and will look to build on the 4,322 sales we've already recorded in 2017."
