26th Sunday in Ordinary Time

All creatures are invited to join us on Saturday, October 7 at 10:00 AM for Our Lady of the Lake's 5th Annual Animal Blessing! Animal Blessings are held in remembrance of St. Francis of Assisi's love for all of God's creatures. The bond between person and pet is like no other relationship because the communication between fellow creatures is at its most basic with two creatures, eye to eye, exchanging love. The Church is where the bond of creation and this love is celebrated.

We will m eet in the grassy area between the Church and Parish Center, rain or shine! Rev. Charlie Gordon is our Special Guest. All pets are invited but must be leashed, haltered, crated, or caged.  If you are unable to bring your pet, we encourage you to bring a picture of them or their collar or toy and they will be prayed for as well. Those without pets are encouraged to bring a stuffed animal. No RSVP needed. For more information, click here .
