We are proud to announce the inaugural Party with a House Talent Division and VIP Reception. While this is our 5th year to host our competition for the best decorated gingerbread house, this year we are launching our Talent Division to allow our community to showcase their talents in baking and decorating; and gathering all our VIPs to celebrate! 

The VIP Reception is an evening filled with festive drinks, delicious food, entertainment and activities. VIP Guests will also be the first to view the Talent Division and cast votes for "People's Choice Award"! 

Got Talent?  We're inviting local chefs, hospitality professionals, home bakers and YOU to participate in this fun holiday competition while raising awareness of Parkinson's. There is no fee to enter the Talent Division.  Click for more information.

Saturday, December 9th | One Hour to Decorate: 9am or 11am
$25/House - decorate as an individual or in a group

Welcome the holiday season and spread  some cheer by joining us for a one-of-a-kind competition  for the best decorated gingerbread house . Event participants will be provided with a pre-built  gingerbread house, frosting and candy decorations. Participants are welcome to add some personal flair and are encouraged to bring additional decorations.

NEW! Yoga Class in Centennial!
We have a new high intensity yoga class on Wednesdays from 8:00 - 9:00am, at the
Yoga Pod Southglenn,  6870 S. University Blvd., Centennial. Please note that this class is intended to be a higher intensity level class. If you have mobility issues, please call our office to get a list of other recommended yoga classes we offer.

NEW! Time and Location for Edwards Power Punch Parkinson's Class!
Hybrid Nation Martial Arts, 150 Beaver Creek Blvd., Avon
We have a new Power Punch Parkinson's class in Avon. Classes will be on Wednesdays from 10:30 - 11:30am and on Fridays from 10:30 - 11:30am. 

NEW! Colorado Springs Circuit Class

We have a new Circuit Training class in Colorado Springs. The class is on Mondays at 10:00am.

Regi stration is required for ALL classes  and space is limited! Please show up a little before the start time of the class to get prepared for the class. A doctor waiver is required for all participants to have signed and returned to the Parkinson Association. A new Young Onset Group has started on  Fridays at  6:00pm located at the  Fox & Hound - Mezzanine Room,  9239 Park Meadows Dr., Lone Tree.

Thanks & Thriving Video Contest
We can't believe the response and the videos we've received for our Thanks & Thriving video competition! Our deadline for video submissions has ended, but now we need YOU to help us find our winners!   

We will be uploading  video submissions Wednesday, November 22nd for you to start voting.  Voting will begin on Thursday, November 23rd and end on Tuesday, November 28th. Voting will take place via a Facebook poll, so make sure you are following our page. Click  here  to follow the Parkinson Association of the Rockies Facebook page.

Join us for the 4th Annual Ski for Parkinson's event to raise awareness of Parkinson's disease. This event also provides critical funding for our affiliate, the Yampa Valley Parkinson Support Network (YVPSN). The YVSPN provides programs and services free of charge to those living with Parkinson's and their Care Partners in the Yampa Valley communities. 

Event includes ski competitions, games, music, food, prizes and fun for all!
