Register Now for Storefront Decorating Contest
The holiday storefront decorating contest is back! This year's theme is "Artsy Arctic". Think polar bears, snow, all things shiny, twinkly and sparkly - the possibilities are endless!
The guidelines: All first floor businesses are welcome to participate; you must register by Friday, November 24th. (Don't worry if you are not ready by November 24th); judging begins Friday, December 1st and will conclude on Tuesday, December 5th. TIPS TO WIN: Create an impactful, eye-catching window! Be ready for judging beginning on Friday, December 1st. The BSD will promote the contest online and through social media, secure judges and award prizes to the First, Second and Third Place Winners. Holiday Festivities in Birmingham

The Birmingham Winter Markt offers illuminated booths featuring traditional holiday crafts and decorations, art from local artisans, holiday greens, home décor and live entertainment. Join us for the Tree Lighting ceremony with Santa and the Mayor on Friday, December 1 at 6 p.m.
Throughout the Birmingham Winter Markt event and the entire holiday season, children are invited to visit the Santa Haus under the pavilion in Shain Park.
