Leadership Council is pleased to partner with Camp Joy, Steve Coats and The Thrivent Member Network which is hosting a leadership program at Camp Joy in Clarksville, Ohio, Nov. 2. The goal of the program is to strengthen the Greater Cincinnati community through leadership development. Leaders of church groups, nonprofits, small businesses and other organizations are invited to a free day of professional development with their teams - up to five people from an organization.
Steve Coats, one of the leading authorities on the Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership®, will guide attendees through a personal assessment and understanding of the Five Practices during the morning. Then in the afternoon, attendees will have the opportunity to exercise two of the Five Practices by participating in challenge activities offered on the Camp Joy grounds.
Physical activity is involved and all participants are required to sign a Medical Risk & Release Form.

Steve focuses his work on leadership and team development, personal growth, change, and business strategy. He also has extensive development experience with renowned programs such as Steven Covey's Principle Centered Leadership and a number of client-specific customized programs. Steve has published several articles, as well as co-authoring the book, There is No Box (Executive Excellence Publishing, 2007).
