Over 200 South Florida power players spent the evening of Tuesday, November 7th at the 22nd Annual Limited Partnership Dinner held in the stunning Ocean Ballroom at Marriott Harbor Beach Resort and Spa. Guests were treated to a gourmet meal, impeccable wines, top of the line cigars, and an impressive live and silent auction that topped more than 300 items!

JA Experience at Lauderhill Celebrates Entrepreneurship Month
On Wednesday, November 8th, 30 students from JA Experience at Lauderhill 6-12 kicked off Entrepreneurship Month with a presentation from Robert Moise and Joel Franklin, owners of Phuse Restaurant in Pompano Beach. These entrepreneurs discussed with students what it takes to start a business and the unique challenges and opportunities that come along with it. They also shared how to persevere when things don't go as you planned. It was a great day and a wonderful learning experience!

City of North Lauderdale Makes Financial Education a Priority
Every public school student in Broward County completes the 5th grade JA BizTown and 8th grade JA Finance Park programs each year, including almost 700 students in the City of North Lauderdale. We thank the City for stepping up to financially support these programs, which are provided at no charge, but cost $85 per child to implement. Thank you, North Lauderdale!
