Executive Produced by Sarah Polley, (STORIES WE TELL) A BETTER MAN offers a fresh and nuanced look at the healing and revelation that can happen for everyone involved when men take responsibility for their abuse.  While they were a couple, Steve exposed Attiya to terrifying daily verbal and physical abuse. Twenty years later, they revisit their relationship, walking through the physical - and emotional - spaces they once inhabited together.   A BETTER MAN explores the  potential of involving the abuser in domestic violence prevention and  empowers audience members to play new roles in challenging domestic violence.
 
Screenings will be followed by a Q&A with  Co-Director Attiya Khan, producer Christine Kleckner and subject Tod Augusta-Scott.
