April has come and gone so fast! On to May, and I'm hoping for sunnier skies.

Passover was wonderful - lots of good food, conversation and laughs. Everyone came down to the studio and chose pots from my first firing. I can't wait to make more but real estate has been keeping me busy.

Working with five buyers and have two, possibly three, new listings coming up. Inventory has been super tight. With half the number of homes than last year, there have been many multiple offer situations with homes going under agreement over asking price. Great time to put your house on the market!

I recently went on a tour of Vibco Vibrators in Richmond with Leadership Rhode Island. Fascinating stuff! I also attended the recent opening of The Horse Show at ArtProv gallery. I am not usually a fan of horses but these paintings were amazing.

Everything that I planted in the yard is starting to come up. I walk around everyday to check on my plant's progress. The solution of Tabasco sauce, water and dish soap did keep the rabbits from eating my tulips! Now I just have to get the black birds out of my bird feeder. Andi caught her first bird .. ugh.

Can't wait to have the first bbq on my new deck. Bring on the sunshine and warm weather!

The statewide inventory for single family homes continues to decline while demand is steadily increasing.  While this is good for homeowners, it presents a challenge for buyers.  If you would like to know the value of your home, email me to
